Vendor Registration

As we strive to deliver an even better event each year, we have listened to your wants and needs. An important one being that we’ve restructured our pricing to include venue placement requests and advertising options. We know you want to have more control over exactly where you are placed at the event and this will allow you do that. You spoke and we listened!

Title — $875

  • Guaranteed placement at the Alfond Inn
  • Company name included on Facebook page with a link to your web site and listed as a favorite
  • One table with linen
  • Company name to be included in press release
  • Company name and logo included on signage and any advertisements placed through various media
  • List of email addresses of all brides who register
  • Company logo on event flyer
  • Premium full page ad in program (Inside front cover etc.)

Tier 1: Guaranteed Placement at the Alfond Inn — $475

  • Company name included on Facebook page with a link to your web site and listed as a favorite
  • One table with linen
  • Company name to be included in press release
  • Company name and logo included on signage and any advertisements placed through various media
  • List of email addresses of all brides who register
  • Company logo on event flyer
  • Half page ad in program valued at $100

Tier 2: Guaranteed Placement at the Woman’s Club of Winter Park — $375

  • Company name included on Facebook page and listed as a favorite
  • One 6’ table with linen
  • List of email addresses of all brides who register
  • Quarter ad in program valued at $50

Tier 3: Placement at 310 Park South — $300

  • Company name included on Facebook page and listed as a favorite
  • One table with linen
  • List of email addresses of all brides who register
  • Company logo in event program

Friends of the Avenue — $75

  • Non-exhibiting vendor, but are listed on our map and programs as “Friends of the Avenue”
  • Company name included on Facebook page and listed as a favorite
  • Open to Park Avenue Businesses only

In Kind — Services & Merchandise

  • Company name included on Facebook page and listed as a favorite
  • Company name in event program

Advertising

1/4 page ad $50
1/2 page ad $100 — may upgrade from existing ad package
Full page ad $200 — may upgrade from existing ad package

  • Please register early as spots are limited and a late registration fee of $75 will be assessed after November 15th. Participation in previous years does not guarantee spot.
  • All applications are subject to review. You will be informed if you have been chosen as a sponsor and will be provided with registration fee information.

  • Hold Harmless Clause: The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities during the event and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless all vendors and venues participating including sponsors from any and all such losses, damages, and claims.

      Thanks for getting your application in early, Emelie! We won’t be collecting swag bag items until closer to the event. Keep an eye on your mailbox for updates!
